Our coordinates are more than just numbers; they represent our heritage, the unique northern microclimate, and the starting point of a process defined by mathematical precision.

By combining the intensity of the Koroneiki variety (80%) with the finesse of Megaritiki (20%), we produce a cold-pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil with 0.1 acidity.
